Under the guidance of more seasoned teammates, you will provide operational support across all teams within the organization. You should be comfortable communicating with a diverse set of people and be excited about solving problems.  If you’re excited to learn fast and make an impact, we want to hear from you.  What You’ll Be Doing <ul> <li>Provide excellent operational service and support to all of Freestone’s departments: Client Advisory, Client Service, Compliance, Investments, and Accounting.  </li> <li>Become a subject matter expert in Tamarac Reporting and Practifi CRM. </li> <li>Seek opportunities to streamline and optimize Freestone’s operational processes; automate workflows whenever possible.  </li> <li>Process and manage client paperwork and operational documentation, ensuring information is complete, accurate, and processed in a timely manner. </li> <li>Experiment and find new ways to leverage Claude and automation tools to improve operational efficiency, document repeatability, and the client experience. </li> <li>Support Freestone’s quarter-end processes with precision and efficiency </li> <li>Research and resolve ad hoc operational issues surrounding client-facing financial reporting and Freestone’s operational applications.  </li> <li>Identify opportunities to improve client onboarding and paperwork processes, using AI and automation to eliminate repetitive tasks and create more scalable workflows. </li> <li>Partner with internal teams to develop and refine AI-enabled processes, balancing efficiency with appropriate quality controls and human review. </li> </ul> Qualifications and Skills <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, computer science, business analytics, or business management; other degrees will be considered.  </li> <li>1-3 years of experience in the financial services industry preferred; exceptional recent graduates will also be considered.  </li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel.  </li> <li>Experience with SQL preferred, but not a requirement.  </li> <li>Team oriented character with an exceptionally strong work ethic.  </li> <li>Approachable, personable team player who treats others in a humble and kind manner. </li> <li>Strong problem-solving and research skills.  </li> <li>Interested in starting a career in Financial Services. </li> <li>Solid understanding of investment performance measurements and statistics a plus.  </li> <li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.  </li> <li>Demonstrated outstanding client service and interpersonal skills.  </li> <li>Exceptional listening, written and verbal communication skills.  </li> <li>Ability to independently manage multiple responsibilities and changing priorities.  </li> <li>Strong time management and organizational skills.  </li> <li>Self-starter with close attention to detail.  </li> <li>A commitment to consistently producing a high-quality work product.  </li> </ul> Why Join Us?    <ul> <li>The expected base salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 depending on experience and skill set.
