The ideal candidate will have experience in food service and residential care, with strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.</span></p> <h3><strong><span style="font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: small;">Responsibilities:</span></strong></h3> <ul> <li><span style="font-family: georgia, serif;">Oversee kitchen operations, including weekly menu planning, preparation of meals, and inventory management</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: georgia, serif;">Maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: georgia, serif;">Coordinate food orders, manage supplier relationships, and monitor budget adherence</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: georgia, serif;">Ensure all certifications and documentation (menus, invoices, allergy lists, etc.) are up to date and properly maintained</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: georgia, serif;">Oversee facility upkeep, supply inventory, and vehicle maintenance (including mileage logs and monthly safety checklists)</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: georgia, serif;">Ensure program records, reports, and audits are accurate and compliant with agency policy</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: georgia, serif;">Maintain training compliance (CPR, First Aid, CPI, Suicide Prevention, etc.) for self and staff</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: georgia, serif;">Ensure compliance with health, fire, and building inspections and all ECHS policies and procedures</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: georgia, serif;">&nbsp;</span><strong><span style="font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: small;">Qualifications:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family: georgia, serif;">High School Diploma or equivalent with at least three years of related experience; residential or youth service background preferred</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: georgia, serif;">Two years of experience in a food service environment</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: georgia, serif;">Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and USDA nutrition standards</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: georgia, serif;">Valid Massachusetts driver’s license and reliable transportation</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: georgia, serif;">Must be at least 21 years old</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: georgia, serif;"><strong>Schedule:&nbsp;</strong></span><span style="font-family: georgia, serif;">9am-5pm , </span><span style="font-family: georgia, serif;">Tuesday-Saturday (Sunday, Monday off)</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Annual Salary</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$50,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$50,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p>At Eliot, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your career, providing opportunities for growth, purpose, and community.
