We provide the hardware, software, and access to resources that allows staff to achieve their goals. We operate in 10 different countries, providing 24/7 support to all Agoda employees. Whether in the office, working remotely, or traveling, we enable everyone to stay connected. Benefits, you’ll be the go-to expert ensuring our Workday platform runs seamlessly and continues to evolve with the business. You’ll take the lead on all things Benefits, while also strengthening our foundation across HCM, Security, and Reporting.  </div> <div> This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves diving deep into system design and data but also enjoys seeing the bigger picture - how technology can simplify work, enhance employee experience, and drive better decisions. You’ll partner closely with People and IT teams to deliver scalable solutions, optimize existing processes, and explore new ways Workday and other tools can bring value to the organization.  </div> <div> If you’re someone who enjoys solving complex problems, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is eager to expand your skills beyond Workday, this role will give you the platform to do just that.    </div> <div> This role will be based in Bangkok and relocation will be provided.   </div> <div>   In this Role, you'll get to:    </div> <ul> <li> Serve as the Workday Benefits Specialist, leading the design, configuration, and maintenance of core benefits processes, eligibility rules, plans, and programs.  </li> <li> Partner closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions that enhance employee experience.  </li> <li> Participate in testing cycles, release readiness activities, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize Workday capabilities.  </li> <li> Own and manage reporting, calculated fields, and security configurations related to Benefits, ensuring data integrity and appropriate access levels.  </li> <li> Gain opportunities to work across other Workday domains and internal tools, expanding expertise based on project needs and personal interests.  </li> <li> Stay informed on new Workday releases and people technology trends, identifying opportunities for enhancement and automation.  </li> <li> Explore and contribute to other internal tools and technologies beyond Workday, expanding your technical footprint within the People Technology ecosystem.  </li> </ul> <div>   What you'll Need to Succeed:   </div> </div> <ul> <li> 4 - 6 years of hands-on Workday experience, with at least 2–3 years focused on Benefits configuration and reporting  </li> <li> Deep expertise in Core Benefits setup including eligibility rules, enrollment events, and integrations with benefit providers.  </li> <li> Strong proficiency in Advanced Reporting and Calculated Fields, with the ability to build complex, cross-domain reports.  </li> <li>  Solid understanding of HCM fundamentals, covering both business processes (Hire, Change Job, Termination) and configuration concepts (condition rules, orgs, hierarchies, custom objects)  </li> <li> Working knowledge of Workday Security, including constrained/unconstrained roles and segmented security  </li> <li> Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for process efficiency and data integrity.  </li> <li> Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and translate business needs into system design.  </li> <li> Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.  </li> </ul> <div> <div>   It's Great if you have:   </div> <ul> <li> Experience with Workday Open Enrollment or global benefits rollouts  </li> <li> Exposure to Workday integrations (EIBs) related to benefits or payroll.  </li> <li> Experience working in an international or fast-paced environment.  </li> <li> Workday certification(s) in HCM or Benefits  </li> <li> Interest in expanding knowledge beyond Workday into other people technology platforms and tools.  </li> </ul> <div>   What you'll get:   </div> <ul> <li> Medical, dental, mental health support line, annual leave, travel discounts, sick days, and the AgodaChoice flexible spending benefit   </li> <li> Provident fund benefits, and life insurance   </li> <li> Flexibility to help you work in the way that's best for you with a work from home allowance, 30-day work from anywhere benefit, and hybrid working options.   </li> <li> Unlimited online learning access, several in-person development programs for each stage of your career, and career paths for management and individual contributors   </li> <li> The chance to live in Bangkok, one of the best cities in Southeast Asia and a central hub for travel.
