<p>We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to own and improve engineering process documentation. This role focuses on building, structuring, and maintaining clear, scalable workflows that support engineering execution, alignment, and consistency. This is not a manufacturing or production-focused role. It is centered on engineering workflows, documentation, and cross-functional process design.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities<br></strong>• Own and maintain engineering process documentation, ensuring clarity, structure, and accessibility<br>• Build and standardize workflows across the product development and engineering lifecycle<br>• Translate complex engineering and cross-functional processes into clear, practical documentation and SOPs<br>• Partner closely with engineering, product development, and operations to capture and align workflows<br>• Identify gaps or inefficiencies in engineering processes and implement scalable improvements<br>• Lead process mapping and documentation efforts for new and existing engineering initiatives<br>• Ensure documentation remains up to date as engineering processes evolve<br>• Serve as the central owner of process clarity across engineering teams</p> <p><strong>Qualifications<br></strong>• 3 to 7+ years of experience in engineering process documentation or a similar role<br>• Experience working closely with engineering or product development teams<br>• Proven ability to build documentation and workflows from the ground up<br>• Strong ability to simplify and structure complex technical processes<br>• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail<br>• Comfortable working cross-functionally and driving alignment<br>• Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on clarity and execution</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Salary Range (commensurate with experience)</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$85,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$105,000 USD</span></div></div></div>
