data-end="1549"> <li data-section-id="n3wfxo" data-start="927" data-end="1009">Lead, inspire, and motivate nursing staff to provide exceptional pediatric care.</li> <li data-section-id="4222dz" data-start="1010" data-end="1124">Visit pediatric clients and conduct assessments throughout <strong data-start="1071" data-end="1123">Franklin, Adams, Perry, and surrounding counties</strong>.</li> <li data-section-id="y64cii" data-start="1125" data-end="1204">Develop individualized pediatric care plans and oversee their implementation.</li> <li data-section-id="vt117w" data-start="1205" data-end="1264">Supervise, coach, and support nursing staff in the field.</li> <li data-section-id="1fslrwt" data-start="1265" data-end="1329">Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for new nurses.</li> <li data-section-id="ndcdqh" data-start="1330" data-end="1411">Participate in training, mentorship, and ongoing development of clinical staff.</li> <li data-section-id="a3exvs" data-start="1412" data-end="1483">Coordinate and/or deliver in-services and education for field nurses.</li> <li data-section-id="1o488kh" data-start="1484" data-end="1549">Serve as a clinical resource for nurses, clients, and families.</li> </ul> <h3 data-section-id="18c8z0y" data-start="1551" data-end="1577">What We're Looking For in a Clinical RN Manager:</h3> <ul data-start="1579" data-end="2031"> <li data-section-id="1tn5rzv" data-start="1579" data-end="1618">Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.</li> <li data-section-id="6vpg2w" data-start="1619" data-end="1647">2+ years of RN experience.</li> <li data-section-id="1iq1ggo" data-start="1648" data-end="1697"><strong data-start="1650" data-end="1697">Recent bedside nursing experience required.</strong></li> <li data-section-id="1rfyw36" data-start="1698" data-end="1739">Pediatric nursing experience preferred.</li> <li data-section-id="kjm7wc" data-start="1740" data-end="1802">Trach/vent experience preferred, or an interest in learning.</li> <li data-section-id="qzakh3" data-start="1803" data-end="1836">Home care experience preferred.</li> <li data-section-id="7vij6p" data-start="1837" data-end="1895">Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.</li> <li data-section-id="16rhzqj" data-start="1896" data-end="1965">Strong clinical judgment, communication, and
