You won't just manage a store; you'll be responsible for creating a joyful, unforgettable adventure for every family, ensuring they leave excited to return!</p>

<p>As a Key Holder, you are the heartbeat of the store, overseeing both the <strong>magical customer experience</strong> and <strong>daily operational excellence</strong>.</p>
<h3><strong>Experience Creator</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>The Ultimate Host:</strong> Greet every family with a custom, high-energy welcomeβyour signature "magic door entrance" schtick is a must!</li>
<li><strong>Playtime Pro:</strong> Actively <strong>play, interact, and demo products</strong> with families, turning browsing into a joyful, interactive journey.</li>
<li><strong>Personal Shopper:</strong> Engage families in authentic conversations to understand their interests and needs. <strong>Curate personalized shopping experiences</strong> that drive sales and ensure they go home with the perfect items.</li>
<li><strong>Program Leader:</strong> Run engaging family activities, including craft sessions, story time, and one-on-one help, managing all setup and cleanup.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Operational Leader</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Store Ownership:</strong> Master <strong>full store operations</strong>, including the retail floor, cafe, back-of-house, and <strong>opening/closing procedures</strong>.</li>
<li><strong>Team Mentor:</strong> <strong>Model and coach</strong> exceptional customer service to the team, driving daily priorities and ensuring high morale across your shift.</li>
<li><strong>Incident Responder:</strong> Confidently resolve in-store situations, such as difficult customers, employee issues, or theft, knowing when to escalate complex matters to the General Manager (GM).</li>
<li><strong>Business Driver:</strong> Directly support the leadership team in achieving business goals (<strong>KPIs</strong>), communicating store focus areas and needs.</li>

What We Need from You</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Availability:</strong> Must be <strong>18 years or older</strong> and authorized to work in the US. Requires <strong>15-25 hours per week</strong>, including at least <strong>one weekend day</strong> (ideally both).</li>
<li><strong>Background:</strong> Prior professional experience in <strong>retail, childcare, education, or performing arts</strong>.</li>
<li><strong>The Attitude:</strong> Genuine enthusiasm, excitement, <strong>patience, warmth, joy, and humor</strong> when engaging with children and families.</li>
<li><strong>Team Fit:</strong> A desire to transform retail alongside a tight-knit, mission-driven team.</li>
<li><strong>Bonus Points:</strong> Hidden talents that can add a magical touch to our floor are a huge plus!</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Compensation: $18.00/hour</strong></p>
<h2><strong>πͺ A Note on Physical Demands</strong></h2>
<p>This role requires a lot of movement and energy! You must be able to:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Be on your feet</strong> and move continuously for up to 8 hours per shift.</li>
<li><strong>Safely lift and carry up to 45 pounds</strong> and climb ladders for stocking and merchandising.</li>
<li>Regularly bend, kneel, squat, and reach to engage with children and manage inventory.</li>
