Join us.</span></p></div><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>About the Team:&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Supply Chain at Relativity Space is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain networks required to manufacture, test, and launch the cutting edge next generation reusable launch vehicle - Terran R. Within the Supply Chain org, the Materials Management team is responsible for the physical and systematic movement of inventory, including all operations related to shipping, receiving, logistics, inventory control, material handling, and production control. As a part of the Materials Management team, you will ultimately be responsible for inventory accuracy and ensuring efficient and timely material movement. In this role, you will become a subject matter expert on the enterprise systems we use (ERP, MES, etc.) and you will interact with a number of cross-functional stakeholders and internal customers spanning various work centers, including but not limited to: Avionics, propulsion, machine shop, tube shop, additive, and structures &amp; integration. We look forward to welcoming an exceptional candidate to our team.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>What You’ll Do: </strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Manage order fulfillment for small parcel, LTL, and freight forwarder shipments.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Manage incoming and outgoing shipping logistics for cargo transportation carriers and shipping companies.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Prepare shipping documents for LTL shipments such as bills of lading, and shipping labels.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Stand up Dangerous Goods and Trade Compliance procedures.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Communicate with internal and external personnel for clarity on shipping inquiries.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Secure all shipments ensuring the items are safely packaged.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Create new procedures and processes to keep up with the growth of the company.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Maintain Shipping area and order necessary equipment as needed.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>What You Need to Know:</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">2+ years of experience in a Shipping, Inventory, Receiving Inspection or material handling role</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">2+ years of forklift experience</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proficient with email communication and experience interfacing with shipping and warehousing software</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Able to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Able to stand for extended periods of time</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Flexible schedule and ability to work non-standard shifts, overtime, and weekends as required</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and Atlassian tools.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Prior experience with international freight (air, ocean, ground) and customs brokers.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Detail-oriented compliance mindset: Accurately classifying shipments with correct HTS codes and ECCN, preparing commercial invoices, certificates of origin, Shipper’s Letters of Instruction, and other export docs.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Hands-on international shipping experience — preparing and documenting exports, coordinating with freight forwarders, and managing global shipments.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proficiency with HTS (Harmonized Tariff Schedule) codes, ECCN (Export Control Classification Number) determination, and related documentation for imports/exports.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Nice to Haves:&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">5+ years of experience in logistics, Inventory, Receiving Inspection or material handling role</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">5+ years of forklift experience</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience with dangerous goods and trade compliance</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience working in aerospace / launch services industry</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Interest and knowledge in flight hardware and terminology&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Hazmat shipping experience: Certification and practical knowledge of 49 CFR (DOT), IATA, and/or IMDG for shipping hazardous materials common in aerospace (propellants, batteries, composites, etc.)</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">At Relativity Space, we are committed to transparency and fairness in our compensation practices.
