We are seeking an experienced<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><strong>Emergency Client Service Representative</strong>who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with empathy and confidence, and is passionate about providing exceptional client care.</p>

<p><strong>Position Summary</strong><br>The Emergency CSR plays a critical role in supporting the flow of our 24/7 emergency hospital. This position is responsible for managing incoming emergency calls, coordinating patient check-ins, obtaining accurate patient information, supporting medical team communication, and ensuring clients feel supported throughout their visit.</p>
<p>This role is ideal for someone who can remain calm and professional during high-stress situations while creating a compassionate and welcoming experience for clients and patients alike.</p>
<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong><br>• Answer and manage incoming emergency calls with urgency, professionalism, and empathy<br>• Provide compassionate support to clients during stressful and emotional situations<br>• Obtain accurate patient histories and communicate effectively with the medical team<br>• Triage calls appropriately and prioritize incoming cases based on urgency<br>• Check in emergency patients efficiently while maintaining a positive client experience<br>• Support front desk workflow including documentation, payments, and medical record management<br>• Collaborate closely with doctors, technicians, assistants, and leadership to support patient care<br>• Maintain an organized, professional, and team-focused reception environment</p>
<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong><br>• Minimum of<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><strong>1 year of veterinary CSR or reception experience required</strong><br>• Emergency or specialty veterinary experience strongly preferred<br>• Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills<br>• Ability to remain calm, compassionate, and efficient in high-pressure situations<br>• Confidence handling emotional or sensitive client interactions<br>• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn, grow, and support others</p>
