<p><span data-contrast="auto">We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of mission-critical factory software that powers complex, real-world manufacturing processes. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">In this role, you will work directly with operators, technicians, engineers, and leadership to understand how physical processes function&nbsp;and how information that drives and enables those processes is generated,&nbsp;consumed&nbsp;and leveraged. &nbsp;You will use this knowledge to&nbsp;&nbsp;design software systems that improve reliability, throughput, and visibility, reduce complexity, and leverages automation to assure we create reliable, repeatable, scalable, efficient, effective, high quality operations that leverages the power of AI and automation to enable world class&nbsp;operations. You’ll operate in a lean environment where ownership, systems thinking, and execution depth are essential. </span><span manufacturing, production</span><span data-contrast="auto">,&nbsp;quality, supply chain,&nbsp;logistics,&nbsp;and&nbsp;</span><span data-contrast="auto">engineering stakeholders </span><span years of Product Management experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics or operationally complex environments </span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience building software that supports physical processes (manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, industrial systems, ERP, or similar domains)</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong systems thinking with the ability to reason through multi-process environments and upstream/downstream dependencies </span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Proven ability to distill ambiguous problems into structured, complete, and actionable requirements </span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Demonstrated ownership and proactive drive in lean or fast-paced environments </span><span
