At Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health, we specialize in comprehensive, evidence-based mental health treatment, delivered through a collaborative, interdisciplinary model that supports both clients and clinicians.</p> <p>We are seeking skilled, compassionate therapists who are ready to join us in making a lasting impact.</p> <p>What You’ll Do</p> <p>As a Mental Health Therapist at Kolmac, you will be at the center of patient care—building strong therapeutic relationships and delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment. You’ll lead therapy groups, facilitate individual sessions, and contribute to integrated treatment plans within our collaborative treatment environment.</p> <p>Clinical Responsibilities Include:</p> <p>· Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults.</p> <p>· Work in person at our Bryn Mawr, PA location from 12:30-8:30 PM with a flexible one-day option to work from home.</p> <p>· Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans</p> <p>· Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations</p> <p>· Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support insight, empowerment, and recovery</p> <p>· Design and deliver engaging process, psychoeducational and skills groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness.</p> <p>· Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care</p> <p>· Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning</p> <p>· Case management services such as, but not limited to, coordinated care with families, referral sources, and external providers as appropriate</p> <p>· Demonstrates commitment to excellent patient care, which is measured through clinical outcomes, such as patient retention, attendance, successful program completion, transitioning from one level of care to another.</p> <p>· Provide crisis support through a shared on-call rotation</p> <p>· Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely</p> <p>· Other duties as assigned.</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <p>Why Mental Health Clinicians Choose Kolmac</p> <p>· Clinician well-being matters — supportive leadership and realistic, consistent caseloads</p> <p>· Mental-health focused care with evidence-based clinical standards</p> <p>· Collaborative team environment with psychiatry, nursing, and peer support</p> <p>· Growth &amp; leadership opportunities as our mental health programs expand</p> <p>· Meaningful clinical time (50-65% direct patient care)</p> <p>· A mission-driven culture centered on healing and dignity</p> <p>Compensation &amp; Schedule</p> <p>Salary : up to $100,000 annually.</p> <p>Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible for additional commission-based compensation tied to clinical group participation and engagement.
