<p><span data-contrast="auto">The Partner Development Manager (PDM) for the NA </span><span data-contrast="auto">segment supports the growth engine of AvePoint’s Channel ecosystem. This role focuses on high-potential Managed Service Providers (MSPs)</span><span data-contrast="auto">,</span><span data-contrast="auto"> solution providers, and reseller </span><span data-contrast="auto">partners who sit outside our top-tier portfolio but drive meaningful pipeline, scale, and market coverage. You will identify, enable, and grow these partners by providing structured outreach, education, and sales support with an emphasis on repeatable motions, expansion opportunities, and partner success.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></p>

<p>The Salary Range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 (CAD). At AvePoint, we strive to offer competitive, fair, and equitable total rewards.
