<p><span class="fontstyle2">The Continuous Improvement Engineer will be responsible for the development and execution of a comprehensive Continuous Improvement Service Culture. This role will focus on eliminating waste, developing our people and interfacing with our customers to implement Continuous Improvement projects and statistical analysis. The role will lead initiatives that drive operational excellence, utilizing Lean Principles, value stream mapping, and waste reduction.</span></p>

<p><span class="fontstyle2"><span class="fontstyle0">1. Lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Develop and implement ideas for process improvement </span></span><span class="fontstyle2"><span class="fontstyle0">projects across all functions, manage the Continuous Improvement pipeline and savings tracker.</span></span></p>
<p><span class="fontstyle2"><span class="fontstyle0">2. Lead customer ideation sessions for Value Creation and Continuous Improvement activities.</span></span></p>
<p><span class="fontstyle2"><span class="fontstyle0">3. Lead continuous improvement events utilizing the Plan, Do, Learn, Do Better mentality and the </span></span><span class="fontstyle2"><span class="fontstyle0">DMAIC process (i.e., Value stream mapping events, kaizens, Problem solving, 3P, Flow, etc.).</span></span></p>
<p><span class="fontstyle2"><span class="fontstyle0">4. Lead engineering projects – Capex, managing vendors, budgets and timelines.</span></span></p>
<p><span class="fontstyle2"><span class="fontstyle0">5. Perform time studies and other analysis to understand opportunities for improvement.</span></span></p>
<p><span class="fontstyle2"><span class="fontstyle0">6. Develop Standard Operating Procedures that define tasks necessary to accomplish the given </span></span><span class="fontstyle2"><span class="fontstyle0">Value Stream Map.</span></span></p>
<p><span class="fontstyle2"><span class="fontstyle0">7. Develop Standard Work Instructions that clearly state how to perform each task identified in the </span></span><span class="fontstyle2"><span class="fontstyle0">various SOPs.</span></span></p>
<p><span class="fontstyle2"><span class="fontstyle0">8. Develop Leader Standard Work necessary to ensure system and process adherence.</span></span></p>
<p><span class="fontstyle2"><span class="fontstyle0">9. Reduce line change over and setup times.</span></span></p>
