We are looking for someone who can take initiative and operate independently all while taking pride in keeping our systems stable and trusted. <li><span data-contrast="auto">Develop and manage scalable and reliable ETL/ELT processes for loading data into data warehouses.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Manage and optimize our data warehouse for performance and reliability.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Maintain data integrity and consistency across systems.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Collaborate with internal teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Stay current with industry trends and technologies in data engineering. </span></li>
<li>Continuously improve data processes and infrastructure for efficiency and scalability.<span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">4 years of experience in a fintech company or fast-growing startup.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">BS or advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Proficient in writing production-quality code in Python. Go would be a plus. </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong debugging skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve issues effectively.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience working with AWS.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
</ul>

<p><span data-contrast="none">The pay range for this position is $130,000; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
