Medical Device Sales Territory Account Manager at Tactile Medical

<div class="content-intro"><p>At Tactile Medical, we specialize in developing at-home therapy devices to treat lymphedema, chronic venous insufficiency and respiratory illnesses.</p></div><p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The Territory Account Manager is responsible for educating therapists, physicians and patients on Tactile Medical Products in an assigned territory. Responsible for establishing sales strategies to attain monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.&nbsp; Responsible for penetrating underserved clinical markets. Assist in providing customer support with training, reimbursement, concerns, or complaints. Must maintain compliance with all appropriate regulatory requirements, including HIPAA.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Responsibilities</span></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Educating therapists, patients, and physicians on the Flexitouch System and other products and services offered by Tactile Medical</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Establish sales strategies to attain monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Assist in providing customer support with training, reimbursement, concerns, or complaints</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Other duties as assigned</span></span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Qualifications</span></strong></span></p> <p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong><span style="color: black;">Education &amp; Experience:</span></strong></span></p> <p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong><em><span style="color: black;">Required:</span></em></strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combined education and work experience (4 years)</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">3+ years of outside/inside sales experience OR</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">1+ years of medical sales experience OR</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">4+ years of patient facing clinical experience OR</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">2+ years of Tactile Medical patient facing or sales support work experience</span></li> </ul> <p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong><em><span style="color: black;">Preferred:</span></em></strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Healthcare sales experience with clinicians such as doctors, surgeons, therapists, etc.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Clinical experience working directly with lymphedema patients such as a Nurse, CLT, PTA, PT, OT, OTA, etc.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Demonstrated success selling Tactile Medical products</span></li> </ul> <p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong><span style="color: black;">Knowledge &amp; Skills:</span></strong></span></p> <ul style="margin-top: 0in;"> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Knowledgeable of third party payer policies</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Demonstrated ability to launch new products desirable</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Travel within territory as well as outside territory for conferences and training</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Ability to lift 20 pounds</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>Our total compensation package includes medical, dental and vision benefits, retirement benefits, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, parental leave, family medical leave, volunteer time off and additional leave programs, life insurance, disability coverage, and other life and work wellness benefits and discounts.
