Accuracy and thoroughness are important, as they may create liability for the facility. Ensures professional contact with all levels of staff and stakeholders, including persons served and families. The Health Information Coordinator (Medical Records) reports to the Administrator or designee and works closely with the Director of Nursing, Program Director/Clinical Director, and other department heads.
