By restoring the capability of our antiquated supply chains, we increase the country’s capacity to imagine and realize new systems, and make a physical world that looks very different from today.</div>Overview Amca is one of the fastest growing aerospace and defense startups and runs on an IT infrastructure that has to meet Department of Defense cybersecurity requirements. You will be the second person in IT at our El Segundo headquarters, working with our director of IT and MSP to own day-to-day support for the people who work here, including accounts, endpoints, hardware, and the problems that walk up to your desk. This is a hands-on role in a small function, which means no queue to hide behind and no ceiling on what you can pick up as you grow into the role.   Responsibilities <div class="s8">• Own day-to-day IT support at headquarters, including intake, triage, resolution, and escalation across hardware, software, accounts, connectivity, and conference rooms.</div> <div class="s8">• Run the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, account provisioning and deprovisioning, group and license assignment, equipment issue and recovery.</div> <div class="s8">• Deploy and manage endpoints, including imaging, enrollment, configuration, patching, refresh and maintenance of accurate hardware and software asset records.</div> <div class="s8">• Support administration of Microsoft 365 and endpoint tooling in a GCC High tenant, including Entra ID, Intune, Defender, conditional access policies, and licensing.</div> <div class="s8">• Support core infrastructure, including network connectivity, wireless, VPN, printing, backup verification, and physical IT in the office and lab space.</div> <div class="s8">• Provide surge support for IT integrations and special projects at factories across the US. </div> <div class="s8">• Maintain security hygiene on the endpoint fleet.</div>   Basic Qualifications <div class="s8">• 3+ years in IT support, helpdesk, or systems administration.</div> <div class="s8">• Hands-on administration of Windows endpoints and Microsoft 365 in a production environment.</div> <div class="s8">• Working experience with Entra ID (Azure AD) and Intune, including device enrollment and policy.</div> <div class="s8">• Experience working tickets in a formal ticketing system.</div> <div class="s8">• Builder who is comfortable operating in an ambiguous environment, where processes and procedures are still being developed.</div> <div class="s8">• Excellent communication with non-technical colleagues, including people on the shop floor and in the lab.</div> <div class="s8">• Onsite five days a week in El Segundo, CA.</div> <div class="s8">• Willing to travel up to 20% of the time to support integration and special projects at factories across US.</div>   Preferred Skills and Experience <div class="s8">• Experience in a Microsoft 365 GCC High tenant or other government cloud environments(GCC, Azure Government, AWS GovCloud).</div> <div class="s8">• Experience supporting an environment subject to CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, or CUI handling requirements.</div> <div class="s8">• Manufacturing, industrial, or lab IT experience, including shop-floor and test equipment.</div> <div class="s8">• Networking fundamentals, such as switching, VLANs, firewalls, and VPNs.</div> <div class="s8">• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+, or Microsoft MD-102 or AZ-104.</div> <div class="s8">• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.</div>   Annual Salary Range $70,000 - $110,000 USD + Equity   This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
