You will work collaboratively with strategy team members, contributing your analytical and creative thinking to deliver insightful and impactful work. <p><strong>Strategic Planning & Execution:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans for assigned clients.</li>
<li>Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and audience insights gathering.</li>
<li>Develop clear and concise strategic presentations and recommendations.</li>
<li>Assist in the development of brand positioning, messaging, and communication strategies.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Creative Collaboration:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with creative teams to ensure strategic alignment and inspire innovative campaign ideas.</li>
<li>Participate in creative briefings and provide constructive feedback throughout the creative process.</li>
<li>Champion creative solutions that effectively address client objectives and resonate with target audiences.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Research & Analysis:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Conduct primary and secondary research utilizing a variety of qualitative and quantitative methodologies.</li>
<li>Analyze data and insights to identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges.</li>
<li>Develop insightful presentations that clearly articulate findings and recommendations.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Client Support:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support the Associate Strategy Director/Strategy Director in managing client relationships and communications.</li>
<li>Participate in client meetings and presentations.</li>
<li>Proactively identify opportunities to add value to client engagements.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Team Collaboration:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Work collaboratively with other strategy team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.</li>
<li>Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.</li>
