Led by the movements Women of the Sun and Women Wage Peace and supported by Vital Voices, the initiative enters Phase 2 (2026–2028) with the goal of turning global visibility into political power through three pillars: Visibility, Advocacy, and Policy.  Summary  The Project Manager reports to the Project Strategic Lead and owns the day-to-day operation of The Mothers’ Call. They serve as the operational hub across the Vital Voices team, movement co-leads, contracted vendors, and coalition partners, ensuring that deliverables move on schedule and that all movement materials are consistent across English, Arabic, and Hebrew. Domestic and international travel up to 30% may be required for the position, including travel to the Middle East and Europe for movement events and convenings.  The anticipated starting salary for this role is $107,500, with flexibility up to $119,400 for candidates who bring additional experience, skills or qualifications beyond the core requirements of the position.
