Unleash the power of you!</p> <p><strong>Scope of Service:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform</li> <li>Design and manage data models within Salesforce and ensure the system remains scalable, secure, and compliant</li> <li>Create and maintains Salesforce Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages</li> <li>Implement Salesforce Lightning components and Lightning web components</li> <li>Configure in Salesforce platform</li> <li>Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems</li> <li>Execute data migration activities and manage data quality</li> <li>Troubleshoot and resolves technical issues</li> <li>Create and maintains technical documentation, including system/ code changes adhering to development best practices and standards</li> <li>Conduct Salesforce code coverage reviews and maintain code coverage standards while enforcing quality standards</li> <li>Conduct code reviews, ensuring compliance to government’s security policies and adherence to secure coding standards and best practices, including data modelling, data sharing, and data privacy</li> <li>Manage end-to-end DevOps processes using SHIP-HATS platform, including CI/CD pipeline configuration, GitLab repository management, automated deployments, and quality gates implementation</li> <li>Comply with government security standards and SHIP-HATS platform requirements</li> <li>Monitor and maintain system performance and security</li> <li>Implements automated testing frameworks</li> <li>Resolve deployment-related issues and maintain deployment documentation</li> </ul> <p><strong>Work Experience:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Shall have at least a Diploma, with at least Five (5) years’ overall experience as a Software Developer in Agile projects, of which 3 years in Salesforce development and graduated from Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline such as Engineering.</li> <li>Experience in working Government Projects will be an added advantage</li> </ul> <p><strong>Technical Skillset:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proficient in Salesforce Flow configuration and knowledge of Salesforce security models and sharing rules</li> <li>Certification in Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II will be strongly preferred</li> <li>Certification in Salesforce Platform App Builder, Mulesoft Developer I, Mulesoft Developer II will be an added advantage</li> <li>Strong proficiency in Apex programming and SOQL/SOSL</li> <li>Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components</li> <li>Knowledge of Visualforce development and proficiency in Salesforce APIs and integrations</li> <li>Experience in DevOps process with version control systems (Git), implementation of CI/CD pipelines on SHIP/ HATS platform</li> <li>Knowledge of Odaseva backup and recovery solution will be an added advantage.</li> </ul> <p><strong>General Skillset:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills will be an added advantage</li> <li>Ability to create and maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Ability to continuously learn and adapt to the evolving product technologies.</li> <li>Ability to collaborate effectively with product team</li> </ul> <p><strong>About AvePoint</strong></p> <p>Check out our careers blog for content on our people, culture, and workplace!</p> <p>We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
