class="li3">Be a welcoming presence for every guest, creating meaningful connections in the studio and in the retail space.<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li> <li class="li3">Respond to inquiries in person or by phone regarding classes, schedules, studio policies, and retail offerings.<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li> <li class="li3">Accurately manage client registrations, check-ins, and payments.<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li> <li class="li3">Communicate guest needs and feedback to Studio Manager promptly.<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li> <li class="li2">Uphold company standards and approach all situations with respect, empathy, and professionalism.<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p class="p2">Studio Maintenance<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li3">Maintain organization, cleanliness, and visual standards in studio and associated areas.<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li> <li class="li3">Setup and reset studio spaces for classes including regular cleaning duties.<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li> <li class="li2">Clean and organize mats, props, and supplies as needed.<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li> <p><strong><span data-contrast="none">Studio &amp; Community Associate Scheduling &amp; Availability</span></strong></p> <p><span data-contrast="none">Part-Time non-exempt associates are expected to work up to 30 hours per week, based on the needs of the business, for a shift minimum of 4 hours. Full-Time non-exempt associates are expected to have open availability, 7 days a week, between 32 - 40 hours. Please also note, Associates are eligible to participate in the Company’s Monthly Store Incentive bonus program, which may result in bringing the total compensation to a higher range. Further, the range listed is just one component of the Company’s total rewards package for retail employees.
