You’ll work closely with Sales leadership and Sales Engineers to develop a medium-sized business prospect into an active Dialpad client. In addition, you’ll help businesses solve complex communication problems that affect everyone around the world. Every business benefits from Dialpad. Dialpad’s Mid-Market sales team plays an essential role in achieving corporate business objectives.  This team collaborates closely with SDRs, Channel Partners, Sales Engineers, Sales leadership, and their peers to constantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the full sales process. Dialpad’s Account Executive, Mid-Market, will solve tangible client challenges by redefining their definition of what’s possible through the implementation of Dialpad Talk, Contact Center, and/or Sell. In this role, you’ll combine acquiring new customers and uncovering market opportunities to get the market talking about Dialpad! This position reports to a Mid-Market Regional Vice President and is hybrid.  What you’ll do  <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Own the entire sales process, including converting leads into a workable pipeline.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Build strategic prospecting campaigns and sequencing to source your own opportunities.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manage and close complex transactions involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Own your key deal reviews, forecasts, and professional career roadmap.</li> </ul> Skills you’ll bring  <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">3-5+ years of sales experience in an ever-changing environment.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience in managing & closing strategic deal cycles that include multiple business units and stakeholders.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Preferred expertise in SaaS (including UCaaS and/or CCaaS).</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><div> For exceptional talent based in California, the target base salary range for this position is posted below.
