To drive revolutionary changes in society and make crypto useful, we delight our customers with world-class products, deep care, and intentional empathy.</div>Your Purpose  Fleet: Money Movement Squad: Crypto Core As a PM in Crypto Core, you own one of the most operationally critical systems in Money Movement — responsible for the safe, reliable movement of crypto assets across multiple custody providers and chains, with direct impact on asset integrity, reconciliation, and the experience of millions of users. This role sits at the intersection of execution and system understanding. You will own day-to-day product execution while building deep knowledge of how the system behaves under scale, failure, and operational stress. This is not a feature backlog role. It is infrastructure with real financial consequences. You have a proven track record of delivering under complexity without losing quality.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Technically Fluent: You don't code, but you are genuinely comfortable reasoning about APIs, asynchronous systems, external integrations, and failure scenarios. You ask "where can this break?" before proposing solutions.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">System-Aware: You understand what it means to work on infrastructure where errors have real financial and operational consequences. You treat reliability and integrity as design constraints, not operational afterthoughts.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Clear Communicator: You operate as a bridge between engineering and business stakeholders — translating technical constraints into business language and business priorities into clear technical direction.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Comfortable with Ambiguity: You can operate with partial information and evolving context without losing direction. You escalate risks clearly and early, even when the solution isn't yet defined.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">AI-Native: You actively use AI tools as part of how you work — drafting specs, synthesizing information, analyzing risk, structuring decisions. You apply judgment on top of AI output. You know when to trust it and when to push back.</li> </ul> Nice to have: <ul> <li>Experience with crypto custody, wallet infrastructure, or blockchain systems</li> <li>Exposure to reconciliation, ledger, or treasury-related systems</li> <li>Multi-region product experience in regulated environments</li> </ul> What You Will Do  <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Own end-to-end product execution for Crypto Core: prioritization, scoping, delivery, and quality across multi-chain transaction processing and wallet operations</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate with custody and infrastructure providers to maintain and evolve platform reliability</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Drive cross-squad alignment with transaction orchestration and financial reconciliation teams</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Translate operational and technical signals — incidents, failures, edge cases — into clear product actions</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Surface system risks, inconsistencies, and gaps proactively, and drive them to resolution with the right stakeholders</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Keep engineering focused on high-impact, system-relevant problems</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Use AI tools consistently to raise the quality and speed of your output — specs, analyses, risk assessments, and communications</li> </ul> What Good Looks Like (Year 1)  <ul> <li>The system maintains or improves its operational reliability — no regressions in critical flows</li> <li>Incidents are surfaced earlier, triaged faster, and followed by clear product or system improvements </li> <li>You have developed a strong understanding of system behavior, including key edge cases and failure modes </li> <li>Risks and inconsistencies are made explicit and actively managed, not discovered reactively</li> <li>You are contributing meaningfully to system-level discussions with engineering and product leadership</li> <li>Engineering trusts your judgment and prioritization</li> <li>Your use of AI is visible in the quality and consistency of your output — not as a novelty, but as a standard working practice</li> </ul> What This Role Is Not <ul> <li>A web3 / DeFi or consumer crypto product role</li> <li>A purely delivery-focused role with pre-defined specs</li> <li>A role where ambiguity is removed before you act</li> <li>A position focused on growth, UX optimization, or surface-level features</li> <li>A role where AI usage is optional or decorative — we expect it to be part of how you work</li> </ul> <a href="https://hbr.org/2022/07/apply-to-a-job-even-if-you-dont-meet-all-criteria">Research</a> in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion suggests that individuals may hesitate to apply for jobs if they do not meet all the listed criteria.
