How you’ll make an impact:  We’re looking for a Data Engineering Manager to lead a team of talented data engineers who are passionate about building resilient, scalable data infrastructure that supports some of the nation’s top healthcare providers.  In this role, you won’t just be writing code, you’ll also be setting the strategy, coaching your team, and helping to shape how we transform data into insights that help our customers fuel their missions. You'll help us scale our data platform, integrate emerging technologies, and collaborate across departments to ensure our data data-aria-level="1">Bonus points for experience in healthcare or finance domains, or exposure to machine learning workflows. </li> </ul>   Estimated Salary Range: $131,000 - $164,000 Actual salary will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skill set and level of experience. This salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Strata also provides discretionary variable pay programs based on role.
