<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">ACCOUNT MANAGER</span></strong></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">ACCOUNTS – CLIENT SERVICES</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p>&nbsp;<br><strong><span data-contrast="auto">JOB SUMMARY:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">The Account Manager position provides supplemental support to their overall client services team. This person is instrumental in the effort of ensuring client expectations are exceeded in terms of the specifications outlined in agreed-upon Statements of Work (SOW). Account Managers must have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. They must also be able to balance the needs of the client with the needs of Snow’s business. They must have the ability to quickly build trust and credibility with internal and potentially external stakeholders. They&nbsp;are responsible for&nbsp;communicating the status of an account to their superiors and their peers. In addition, they may&nbsp;be responsible for&nbsp;daily communication with the client.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">Snow’s business is&nbsp;centered&nbsp;around the patient journey, and the Account Manager, like all positions at Snow, must be open, compassionate, and sensitive to the unique life experiences of these patients and caregivers. The Account Manager must be able to incorporate the unique patient/caregiver experience into the strategies and solutions we provide to our clients.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">PATIENT PRIVACY:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">The core of our business is working with patients. It is most likely that you will&nbsp;come in contact with personally identifiable information (PII) and personal health information (PHI) of patients living with chronic illness. The Account Manager will be required to successfully complete and adhere to training courses which may include, but are not limited to:</span>&nbsp;<br><span data-contrast="auto">• Snow Policies and Procedures</span>&nbsp;<br><span data-contrast="auto">• Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) requirements such as the Privacy Rule, the Security Rule, and Sunshine Act reporting</span>&nbsp;<br><span data-contrast="auto">• Adverse Event (AE) Reporting</span>&nbsp;<br><span data-contrast="auto">• The promotional requirements for pharmaceuticals under the FDA and FTC and other applicable federal or state regulations</span>&nbsp;<br><span data-contrast="auto">• Privacy and Data Security</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">The Account Manager must be able to perform the following essential duties and functions:</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto"> Report to and assist the Account Director</span><br><span data-contrast="auto">• Potentially interface directly with clients to maintain open and frequent communication</span><br><span data-contrast="auto">• Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and implementation of marketing strategies and tactics for the organization</span>&nbsp;<br><span data-contrast="auto">• Interact with all members of the team to ensure the accuracy of information exchange and smooth flow of product work in daily business</span>&nbsp;<br><span data-contrast="auto">• Document all marketing projects and meetings on an ongoing basis and complete summary reports and analyses as needed</span>&nbsp;<br><span data-contrast="auto">• Keep ADs and VPs apprised of key issues regarding account status</span>&nbsp;<br><span data-contrast="auto">• Identify and implement methods to improve area operations, processes, efficiency, and service to clients</span>&nbsp;<br><span data-contrast="auto">• Where possible, identify opportunities for effective utilization of the Patient Ambassador ® model in patient-engagement activities, strategies, and/or tactics</span>&nbsp;<br><span data-contrast="auto">• Thoroughly understand the disease category for each representative brand</span>&nbsp;<br><span data-contrast="auto">• Thoroughly understand the brand strategy, product attributes, main competitors, and major issues facing the space for each representative brand</span>&nbsp;<br><span data-contrast="auto">• Interface with clients, contractors, healthcare professionals, and vendors with professionalism</span>&nbsp;<br><span data-contrast="auto">• Attend and contribute to all internal staff meetings</span>&nbsp;<br><span data-contrast="auto">• Promote teamwork by being collaborative and supportive of fellow employees’ projects</span>&nbsp;<br><span data-contrast="auto">• Maintain a&nbsp;favorable&nbsp;working relationship with all employees to promote a harmonious working environment in order to facilitate positive employee morale, productivity, and continued improvement</span>&nbsp;<br><span data-contrast="auto">• Manage and track individual projects and follow up to ensure they are completed in alignment with agreed timelines</span>&nbsp;<br><span data-contrast="auto">• Maintain accurate, detailed, and honest records such as contact reports, status reports, dashboards, etc.</span>&nbsp;<br><span data-contrast="auto">• Support the implementation of promotional programs to publicize and promote various activities, events, and/or tactics</span>&nbsp;<br><span data-contrast="auto">• Represent the organization at various community functions and/or meetings; promote existing and new programs and/or policies</span>&nbsp;<br><span data-contrast="auto">• This position may include up to 20% travel</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p><span data-contrast="auto">The Account Manager may be asked to perform&nbsp;additional&nbsp;duties and responsibilities consistent with those listed above based on business needs.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">Knowledge:</span>&nbsp;<br><span data-contrast="auto">• General understanding of business and marketing concepts</span>&nbsp;<br><span data-contrast="auto">• General understanding of digital/social media marketing platforms and capabilities</span>&nbsp;<br><span data-contrast="auto">• Ability to synthesize and communicate statistics</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">Skills &amp; Abilities:</span>&nbsp;<br><span data-contrast="auto">•&nbsp;Strong communication/presentation skills</span>&nbsp;<br><span data-contrast="auto">• Strong conceptual skills</span>&nbsp;<br><span data-contrast="auto">• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word</span>&nbsp;<br><span data-contrast="auto">• Excellent organizational skills</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND RELATED QUALIFICATIONS:</span></strong>&nbsp;<br><span data-contrast="auto">Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and three to five years of related experience and/or training preferred. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license.
