<p style="padding-left: 40px;">We are looking for a <strong>Retail Go-To-Market Manager </strong>to accelerate growth across major North American retail channels. This role is ideal for someone who understands how consumer electronics brands win at retail — including product launches, merchandising, promotions, digital shelf execution, retail media performance, and sell-through optimization.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;">The ideal candidate has experience working with retailers such as Best Buy, Costco, Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Amazon, or similar consumer electronics channels.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;"><strong>Retail Go-To-Market Execution</strong></p>
<p style="padding-left: 80px;">- Own end-to-end product launch execution across North American retail partners.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 80px;">- Coordinate launch timelines, content readiness, marketing assets, inventory availability, and promotional plans.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 80px;">- Partner with sales teams and retail buyers to support new item introductions and category growth.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 80px;">- Work with international teams to ensure successful execution.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;"><strong>Retail Partner & Channel Growth</strong></p>
<p style="padding-left: 80px;">- Support business growth across retail and online channels.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 80px;">- Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and category teams.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 80px;">- Execute product launches, promotions, retail media programs, seasonal campaigns, and in-store initiatives.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 80px;">- Build strong retailer relationships.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;"><strong>Digital Shelf & Retail Marketing Optimization</strong></p>
<p style="padding-left: 80px;">- Optimize retailer product pages to maximize conversion.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 80px;">- Improve titles, images, videos, enhanced content, messaging, reviews, and competitive positioning.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 80px;">- Monitor performance and recommend improvements.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;"><strong>Sales Performance & Business Analytics</strong></p>
<p style="padding-left: 80px;">- Analyze retail performance and identify growth opportunities.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 80px;">- Track revenue, sell-through, units, conversion rate, traffic, ROAS, promotions, and category performance.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 80px;">- Convert insights into business recommendations.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;"><strong>Competitive & Category Insights</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left; padding-left: 80px;">- Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing strategies, and category movements.</p>
<p style="text-align: left; padding-left: 80px;">- Recommend improvements for product positioning, pricing, promotions, and assortment.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;"><strong>Cross-Functional Leadership</strong></p>
<p style="padding-left: 80px;">- Partner with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Global HQ.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 80px;">- Act as the bridge between product strategy and retail execution.</p>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<p><strong>Required Experience</strong></p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;">- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or related field.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;">- 3–7 years experience in:</p>

<p style="padding-left: 40px;">- Experience with Best Buy, Amazon, Walmart, Costco, Target, Home Depot, or other national retailers strongly preferred.</p>
<p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;">- Understanding of retail launches, promotions, retail media, digital shelf, merchandising, and sell-through.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;">- Strong analytical ability.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;">- Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or retailer analytics experience preferred.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;">- Strong project management and communication skills.</p>
