care.</p> <p>We’re looking to connect with <strong>Nurse Practitioners</strong> who want their work to mean something — advanced practice clinicians who bring clinical excellence, leadership, and purpose to infusion care.</p> <hr> <h3>Why This Role Matters</h3> <p>As a Nurse Practitioner in an Ambulatory Infusion Suite, you play a critical role in ensuring patients receive safe, evidence‑based specialty therapies while supporting high clinical standards across care delivery teams.</p> <p>In this role, you’ll contribute to work that:</p> <ul> <li>Helps patients confidently receive infusion therapies for complex, chronic conditions</li> <li>Strengthens safety, quality, and regulatory excellence in ambulatory infusion care</li> <li>Supports seamless collaboration between providers, clinical staff, and operations</li> <li>Advances a patient‑first, clinician‑led care model focused on outcomes</li> </ul> <p>Your leadership ensures infusion care is not only effective — but reassuring, consistent, and patient‑centered.</p> <hr> <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Develop, implement, and manage infusion plans of care, evaluating patient progress and modifying treatment as needed</li> <li>Perform comprehensive patient assessments, prescribe medications, and oversee infusion administration within scope of practice</li> <li>Provide direct patient care, including physical exams, interpretation of lab results, and medication management</li> <li>Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapies to support adherence, safety, and confidence</li> <li>Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and support staff to coordinate clinical care and staffing workflows</li> <li>Optimize patient scheduling and clinical operations across one or more infusion suite locations</li> <li>Maintain accurate, timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)</li> <li>Manage medication and supply inventory in alignment with clinical and regulatory standards</li> <li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, payer, and accreditation requirements (HIPAA, credentialing, etc.)</li> <li>Lead quality assurance initiatives, accreditation readiness, and performance improvement efforts</li> <li>Mentor, supervise, and support clinical staff development and training</li> <li>Respond to patient concerns and medical emergencies within professional scope</li> <li>Support multi‑site clinical oversight and best‑practice alignment as needed</li> </ul> <hr> <h3>What We’re Looking For</h3> <p>You may be a great fit if you bring:</p> <ul> <li>Strong clinical judgment and confidence in infusion‑based care</li> <li>A patient‑centered approach grounded in safety, education, and empathy</li> <li>Proven ability to lead and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams</li> <li>Comfort balancing clinical delivery with operational oversight</li> <li>A proactive mindset focused on quality improvement and best practices</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program</li> <li>Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of practice</li> <li>Active DEA registration and state controlled‑substances license</li> <li>National Provider Identifier (NPI)</li> <li>Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications</li> <li>Experience coordinating patient care and ensuring regulatory compliance in outpatient or infusion settings</li> <li>Strong IV access skills and knowledge of biologic and specialty medication protocols</li> <li>Experience using EMRs and supporting workflow optimization</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification</li> <li>Three (3) or more years of experience managing patients on specialty infusion medications</li> <li>Five (5) or more years of infusion therapy experience in an Ambulatory Infusion Suite or Clinic environment</li>
