font-size: 12pt;">Ability to register and maintain a license as <strong data-start="4288" data-end="4320">in-house counsel in Delaware&nbsp;</strong>required; an active Delaware law license is preferred.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="4371" data-end="4446"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong data-start="4371" data-end="4408">Five years of relevant experience</strong> in a corporate setting or law firm.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
