None of our positions are commission based or involve cold calling.      Each Brokerage Assistant provides vital team functions:  <ul> <li data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="2">Support brokers with day-to-day administrative tasks for both new and renewal accounts </li> <li data-aria-posinset="2" data-aria-level="2">Enter and update client information in multiple online systems </li> <li data-aria-posinset="3" data-aria-level="2">Gather and verify client details, ensuring accuracy across records </li> <li data-aria-posinset="4" data-aria-level="2">Help with account setup and ongoing servicing </li> <li data-aria-posinset="5" data-aria-level="2">Set up new accounts and assist with quote and policy processes </li> <li data-aria-posinset="6" data-aria-level="2">Manage updates and changes to existing accounts (such as document revisions or policy updates) </li> <li data-aria-posinset="7" data-aria-level="2">Collect and organize information for account renewals (for example, requesting updated reports and preparing renewal communications for agents) </li> </ul>   We are looking for people with:   <ul> <li data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="2">Driven and highly motivated with team-focused mentality </li> <li data-aria-posinset="2" data-aria-level="2">Strong desire to learn and grow an insurance career </li> <li data-aria-posinset="3" data-aria-level="2">Excellent computer skills including Microsoft 365 proficiency with an emphasis in Excel spreadsheets </li> <li data-aria-posinset="3" data-aria-level="2">Detail-oriented and dedicated   </li> </ul>   The above is intended to describe the general content of and requirements for the performance of this job.
