<p><strong>Essential Anesthesia Management</strong> is seeking a team-orientated <strong>CRNA</strong> to join our growing team at <strong>Southwest Medical Center</strong> in <strong>Lawton, Oklahoma</strong>. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly integrated two-hospital system under <strong>Comanche County Memorial Hospital</strong>, offering strong clinical collaboration, stability, and autonomy across both sites.</p> <p><strong>Position Highlights:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>$350,000 annually (1099)</strong> for a Non-Call spot</li> <li>8 Weeks Off</li> <li><strong>$20,000 Sign-On Bonus! </strong></li> <li>Schedule: Monday–Friday, 0700–1500</li> <li>Team Model:<strong> </strong>CRNA-only, 2 providers on-site daily</li> <li>Cases:<strong> </strong>all elective cases!
