This role combines operational ownership with strategic transformation initiatives and will serve as the primary SAP Finance partner to Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, Tax, and business leadership.   Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Own SAP FICO processes including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Product Costing, and Intercompany Accounting.</li> <li>Drive SAP Finance enhancements, production support, issue resolution, and business process improvement.</li> <li>Lead Finance Transformation initiatives including close optimization, automation, reporting, and controls.</li> <li>Support manufacturing finance processes including Material Ledger, Actual Costing, Standard Costing, Inventory Valuation, and COGS analysis.</li> <li>Manage integrations across SAP, Coupa, Concur, OneSource Tax, OpenText VIM, SAP Analytics Cloud, and planning platforms.</li> <li>Partner with Finance leadership on roadmap planning, governance, controls, and compliance initiatives.</li> <li>Manage AMS vendors, consultants, and delivery partners while reducing dependency on external resources.</li> </ul>   Required Qualifications <ul> <li>10+ years of SAP FICO experience.</li> <li>Deep expertise in SAP FI/CO configuration and support.</li> <li>Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of financial close, accounting operations, costing, intercompany accounting, and reporting.</li> <li>Experience supporting large-scale enterprise finance operations.</li> <li>Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.</li> </ul>   Preferred Qualifications <ul> <li>Manufacturing industry experience, preferably automotive.</li> <li>SAP S/4HANA Finance certification.</li> <li>Experience with Coupa, Concur, OneSource Tax, OpenText VIM, SAC, and Anaplan.</li> <li>Familiarity with global deployments and multi-country finance operations.</li> <li>Knowledge of SOX controls, audit requirements, and governance frameworks.</li> </ul>   What Success Looks Like <ul> <li>Stabilize and optimize SAP Finance operations.</li> <li>Improve month-end close efficiency and automation.</li> <li>Strengthen financial controls and governance.</li> <li>Enable scalable finance processes supporting global growth.</li> <li>Reduce contractor dependency through stronger internal ownership.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><div> <div>Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.</div> </div> <div> </div></div><div class="title">Base Pay Range (Annual)</div><div class="pay-range">$151,700—$222,420 USD</div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><div> Compensation & Benefits: Lucid offers a comprehensive and competitive <a id="menur13jl" class="fui-Link ___1q1shib f2hkw1w f3rmtva f1ewtqcl fyind8e f1k6fduh f1w7gpdv fk6fouc fjoy568 figsok6 f1s184ao f1mk8lai fnbmjn9 f1o700av f13mvf36 f1cmlufx f9n3di6 f1ids18y f1tx3yz7 f1deo86v f1eh06m1 f1iescvh fhgqx19 f1olyrje f1p93eir f1nev41a f1h8hb77 f1lqvz6u f10aw75t fsle3fq f17ae5zn" href="https://mylucidbenefits.com/" target="_blank">benefits package</a> including medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; paid time off; paid holidays, paid sick leave; and a 401(k) retirement plan.
