We are Sparksoft!</div>ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:  <ul> <li>Support the automation and optimization of software deployment and operational processes.</li> <li>Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux-based environments.</li> <li>Assist with the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.</li> <li>Support build, deployment, and infrastructure automation activities.</li> <li>Develop and maintain automation scripts using Groovy, Bash, Python, or similar technologies.</li> <li>Assist in implementing configuration management solutions using Red Hat Ansible.</li> <li>Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to support application delivery.</li> <li>Monitor system performance and help resolve deployment and production issues.</li> <li>Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.</li> <li>Learn and apply DevOps best practices, tools, and automation techniques.</li> </ul> REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:  <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in DevOps, Systems Administration, Software Development, or related technical roles.</li> <li>Experience supporting Linux environments.</li> <li>Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD concepts.</li> <li>Experience with Red Hat Ansible or configuration management tools.</li> <li>Experience with Groovy scripting or similar scripting languages.</li> <li>Basic understanding of build automation, deployment processes, and source control systems.</li> <li>Experience troubleshooting technical issues in development or production environments.</li> <li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li> <li>Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams.</li> <li>Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance</li> <li>Candidates must have lived in the United States 3 out of the past 5 years</li> </ul> PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:  <ul> <li>Experience supporting CMS, Federal Government, or healthcare systems.</li> <li>Experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation and support.</li> <li>Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker.</li> <li>Experience with Bash or Python scripting.</li> <li>Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts.</li> <li>Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.</li> <li>Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus and ELK Stack.</li> </ul> EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS: <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion">WHAT WE OFFER:  At Sparksoft, we know that people do their best work when they feel supported, inspired, and connected.
