The Rehabilitation Manager will provide day-to-day leadership and oversight in partnership with the Director and the local CSM/CM team.&nbsp;</p> <h2 class="wnfdntj _1ibi0s33y _1ibi0s34u">What You’ll Do</h2> <ul class="wnfdntg"> <li class="wnfdntf _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntv _1ibi0s3fb _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Provide rehabilitation leadership and operational oversight for the MEF Senior Living Home Health office and assigned service area.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdntf _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntv _1ibi0s3fb _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Partner with the Director and local CSM/CM office team to support clinical quality, service excellence, employee engagement, and positive client outcomes.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdntf _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntv _1ibi0s3fb _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Help ensure rehabilitation workflows, office priorities, and operational processes are executed consistently and effectively.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdntf _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntv _1ibi0s3fb _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Work independently to manage assigned responsibilities, solve problems, and follow through on priorities while remaining collaborative and connected to the broader team.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdntf _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntv _1ibi0s3fb _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Support clinicians through coaching, collaboration, and field-based engagement as appropriate to the needs of the office and service area.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdntf _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntv _1ibi0s3fb _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Build strong, respectful relationships with clients, families, employees, transitioning into home health from another healthcare setting.</p> </li> </ul> <h2 class="wnfdntj _1ibi0s33y _1ibi0s34u">What We’re Looking For</h2> <h3 class="wnfdntj _1ibi0s33y _1ibi0s34u">Required Qualifications</h3> <ul class="wnfdntg"> <li class="wnfdntf _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntv _1ibi0s3fb _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Current, valid Pennsylvania license as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdntf _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntv _1ibi0s3fb _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdntf _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntv _1ibi0s3fb _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Strong clinical judgment, communication, _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Prior managerial, supervisory, or team-lead experience in rehabilitation, healthcare, senior living, or a related setting.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdntf _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntv _1ibi0s3fb _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Experience supporting clinician performance, employee engagement, service quality, or operational improvement.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdntf _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntv _1ibi0s3fb _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Experience overseeing or contributing to a client or employee census in a high-volume healthcare environment.</p> </li> </ul> <p Candidates bringing this experience may be aligned toward the higher end of the range.</p> <h2 class="wnfdntj _1ibi0s33y _1ibi0s34u">Work Model and Schedule</h2> <p class="wnfdntv _1ibi0s3fb _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">This is primarily an <strong>in-office leadership role</strong> based at the MEF Senior Living Home Health office in Newtown Square, PA.
