The team reconciles physical gas volumes and invoices with midstream counterparties, coordinates daily nominations and imbalance resolution with field operations, and builds and maintains the dashboards and reporting infrastructure (Power BI, Spotfire, Endur) that traders and leadership rely on for pricing, exposure, and market decisions. The team also supports SOX and audit walkthroughs tied to commercial transactions.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">This role is being hired at flexible levels — <strong>Associate</strong> or <strong>Analyst</strong> — depending on the candidate's experience. It's an entry point into the Commodities Services Team, working on operational, reporting, and mid-office support for the Commodities organization.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong>The Commodities Services Associate/Analyst responsibilities include but are not limited to:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Execute recurring reporting processes (daily, weekly, monthly) under supervision.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Assist in maintaining dashboards and reports (Power BI, Spotfire, Excel, Endur).</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Perform data validation and quality checks across systems.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Support trade support and operational workflows.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Compile and organize data for analysis and presentations.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Support senior team members with ad hoc analysis and special projects.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Support trading activities and operational reporting needs.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Gather and document requirements by collaborating with stakeholders.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Identify and implement incremental process improvements.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong>In practice, this looks like:</strong> reconciling monthly gathering/pipeline invoices against nominated and actual volumes, tracking and resolving imbalances (including imbalance trades in Endur), coordinating with field operations and production teams on nominations and volume questions, pulling and validating data feeds from pipeline interconnects, and supporting quarterly SOX/audit control testing for commercial transactions.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong>Required Experience and Skills:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field. </span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data organization, formatting).</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">High degree of initiative, attention to detail, and accuracy.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Ability to follow structured processes and adhere to established workflows.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Willingness to learn — actively seeks feedback and adapts to change.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Foundational understanding of commodities markets (supply/demand drivers, price formation, major market participants).</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Foundational understanding of trading concepts (trade structures, order types, hedging, futures/derivatives).</span></li>

<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong>Preferred Experience and Skills:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">2+ years of relevant experience.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Organization and time management skills; ability to multi-task under competing priorities.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Foundational understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle (origination, confirmation, scheduling, nomination, invoicing, settlement).</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Basic understanding of P&L and pricing concepts.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Foundational familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Spotfire) and data visualization principles.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Ability to translate data insights into plain language for non-technical stakeholders.</span></li>
