This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.</p></div><p></p> <div class="WordSection1"> <p>Sitting at the intersection of Human Resources and our business leaders, HR Business Partners (HRBP) are uniquely positioned to shape employee experiences, ensure the company’s talent grows in meaningful ways, and help business leaders and HR at Hasbro be as successful as possible.</p> <p>Reporting to the VP, HRBP, you will design and implement HR solutions that enable the division’s success, foster a high-performance culture, and support the continued transformation of our business. This role requires strong collaboration across the HR function, influencing within a matrixed team, and delivering both strategic and hands- on HR support.</p> <p>Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday –Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro’s temporary location in Boston, MA.&nbsp;</p> <h1>A Day in the Life</h1> <ul> <li>Partner with Sr. Leaders to design and implement talent strategies aligned with business priorities.</li> <li>Drive people initiatives focused on talent acquisition, development, retention, and organizational effectiveness.</li> <li>Diagnose organizational and talent needs, collaborating with business leaders to implement solutions that improve performance and engagement.</li> <li>Support business planning by ensuring talent structures, performance management, and recognition systems enable strategic goals.</li> <li>Partner with leaders on organizational development initiatives to strengthen capabilities, processes, and culture.</li> <li>Use HR data and analytics to provide insights, identify trends, and develop solutions to address root causes.</li> <li>Advance employee belonging through hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices.</li> <li>Partner with leaders to ensure succession planning and leadership pipeline strength for critical roles.</li> <li>Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure diverse, high-quality hiring and positive onboarding experiences.</li> <li>Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to design and deliver best-in- class HR programs and practices.</li> <li>Build strong, trusted relationships across the division and the broader Hasbro enterprise to influence outcomes and manage change effectively.</li> </ul> <h1>What you'll bring:</h1> <ul> <li>10+<strong> </strong>of progressive HR experience, with at least several years in a senior HRBP or equivalent role.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent combination of experience).</li> </ul> </div> <ul> <li>Experience supporting leaders in Consumer Products, Entertainment, or related industries strongly preferred.</li> <li>Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand both commercial and operational drivers.</li> <li>Proven organizational design and change management skills, ideally supporting organizations through transformation.</li> <li>Experience building and executing people plans tied to multi-year strategic priorities.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a matrixed organization, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.</li> <li>Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills, with a collaborative, empathetic, and approachable style.</li> <li>Strong communication skills and ability to provide clear, thoughtful counsel to senior leaders.</li> </ul> <p></p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><span style="font-size: 16px;" data-teams="true">The pay transparency range for this role is listed below. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions.
