We partner with leading global banks to deliver complex Capital Markets and Murex transformation programmes.</p> <p>We are currently looking for an experienced <strong>Murex Test Manager</strong> with hands-on expertise in <strong>MxTest</strong> to join large-scale Murex implementation and upgrade projects. This is an opportunity to play a key role in defining testing strategies, building reusable test assets, and ensuring the quality of one of the world's leading Capital Markets platforms.</p> <strong></strong></div> <p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL DO</strong></p> <p><strong></strong></p> <p>As a Murex Test Manager, you will lead testing activities across Murex implementation, upgrade, and transformation programmes.</p> <p>Your responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Define and execute the overall <strong>Murex testing strategy</strong> across multiple workstreams.</li> <li>Design, develop, and maintain <strong>MxTest</strong> test cases and reusable regression packs.</li> <li>Build comprehensive test coverage across Front Office, Risk, Back Office, Market Data, Interfaces, and Reporting modules.</li> <li>Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression, and dress rehearsal activities.</li> <li>Ensure traceability between business requirements and test scenarios.</li> <li>Manage test execution, defect lifecycle, and reporting.</li> <li>Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, SMEs, and Business Users throughout the delivery lifecycle.</li> <li>Support production cutover, post-release validation, and hypercare activities.</li> <li>Promote testing best practices and continuously improve testing processes and automation.</li> </ul> <p><strong></strong></p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU CAN GAIN</strong></p> <p><strong></strong></p> <ul> <li>Work on large-scale Murex transformation programmes for leading international financial institutions.</li> <li>Become part of a highly specialized Capital Markets consulting practice.</li> <li>Shape testing frameworks that will be reused across future Murex upgrade programmes.</li> <li>Collaborate with senior Murex architects, developers, and functional consultants.</li> <li>Exposure to complex trading, risk, and reporting workflows across multiple asset classes</li> </ul> <p><strong></strong></p> <p><strong>WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR</strong></p> <p><strong></strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in software testing within Capital Markets.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with <strong>Murex MX.3</strong>.</li> <li>Proven experience working with <strong>MxTest</strong>.</li> <li>Experience managing SIT, UAT, regression, and end-to-end testing.</li> <li>Strong understanding of the Murex trade lifecycle.</li> <li>Experience designing reusable regression test packs.</li> <li>Experience working on Murex implementation or upgrade programmes.</li> <li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.</li> <li>Fluent English.</li> </ul> <p><strong></strong></p> <p><strong>NICE TO HAVE</strong></p> <p><strong></strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with Commodities, FX, Rates, Equities, or Credit products.</li> <li>Knowledge of Murex modules such as Front Office, Risk, Back Office, Reporting, Interfaces, or Market Data.</li> <li>Experience with test automation.</li> <li>SQL and Unix knowledge.</li> <li>Familiarity with Jira, ALM, Azure DevOps or similar test management tools.</li> <li>Experience coordinating distributed testing teams.</li> </ul> <p><strong></strong></p> <p><strong>The recruitment process:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_xelementtoproof" data-ogsc="rgb(23, 78, 134)"><span data-ogsc="" data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Screening call with Capco Recruiter</span></li> <li class="x_xelementtoproof" data-ogsc="rgb(23, 78, 134)"><span data-ogsc="">Competencies interview with Capco Hiring Manager</span></li> <li class="x_xelementtoproof" data-ogsc="rgb(23, 78, 134)"><span data-ogsc="">Feedback/Offer</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="color: rgb(26, 26, 26);">#LI-HYBRID</span></p>
