About the Role

<p><span style="color: #000000;">The <strong>Associate Organ Health Specialiste (AOHS)</strong> is a field-based sales role within Natera’s Organ Health division, focused on supporting the growth and development of an assigned nephrology territory.</span></p> <p><strong><span style="color: #000000;">Territory is Atlanta, Georiga West</span></strong></p> <p><span style="color: #000000;">The ANR partners closely with an&nbsp;<strong>Organ Health Specialist (OHS)</strong> to drive territory growth, strengthen customer relationships, expand market adoption, and support commercial execution across nephrology accounts. This role engages directly with nephrologists, clinic staff, and other key stakeholders to support the adoption and utilization of <strong>Renasight™</strong> within the chronic kidney disease (CKD) community.</span></p> <p><span style="color: #000000;">This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional who is looking to build experience in healthcare, diagnostics, and nephrology sales while developing the skills needed to take on increased territory ownership over time.</span></p> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Partner with the Organ Health Specialist to execute territory plans and achieve overall sales objectives.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Support sales activities designed to grow revenue and expand adoption across assigned nephrology accounts.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Identify opportunities within existing and prospective accounts to increase customer engagement and utilization.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Conduct consistent outreach and follow-up with nephrologists, clinic staff, and key decision-makers.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Support new account development and onboarding to ensure a seamless customer experience.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Develop a strong understanding of the territory, including key accounts, customers, market dynamics, and growth opportunities.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, clinic personnel, and other key stakeholders.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Serve as a day-to-day resource for provider offices, helping address account-related questions and support needs.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Assist customers with documentation, order status, account questions, and other needs related to the customer experience.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Coordinate meetings, follow-up communication, and ongoing engagement with provider offices.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Monitor open customer requests and ensure timely follow-through and communication.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Partner with internal teams, including Inside Sales, Customer Experience, Laboratory Operations, and other cross-functional partners, to resolve customer needs efficiently.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Maintain accurate and timely documentation of account activity, customer interactions, and sales activity within CRM and internal systems.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Help ensure a consistent, high-quality experience throughout the customer journey.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Effectively utilize internal tools, reporting, and data to support territory planning and account prioritization.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">2+ years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, or a related customer-facing role.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Strong verbal and written communication skills.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Demonstrated ability to build relationships and effectively engage with customers.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color:
