They will oversee and coordinate a portfolio of related software development projects that support multiple new product development programs. They will ensure successful delivery across cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors. This role bridges technical execution and business goals, keeping programs on schedule, on budget, and aligned with organizational objectives.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">As part of the PMO team, the individual also contributes to improving processes and metrics and must be comfortable operating in regulated environments.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop and manage the program plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget. Identify the need for trade-off decisions early and drive them to closure. Coordinate release schedules with other co-dependent product releases.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manage overall progress of the software development lifecycle, tracking work, and responding to change.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate across development teams and manage software release process (internal and internal).</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Identify and mitigate risks and issues affecting program delivery and ensure projects deliver to expectations.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Identify and evaluate issues in projects and develop options to address those with development teams and technology partners.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Facilitate cross-department and cross-program communication and lead status meetings with stakeholders.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong style="font-size: 12pt;">Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master's a plus)</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proven experience as a Program Manager or Technical Program Manager with a track record of successful software delivery in the biotechnology or medical device industry.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Microsoft Project, etc.)</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, ITIL, or SCRUM are a plus</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong business acumen.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Effective communicator with strong leadership presence, and high emotional agility.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated ability to manage up and drive organizational change.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The base salary range for this full-time position is $80/hour - $100/hour.
