This is an opportunity to join a role at the center of fast-paced campaign production where your daily impact is removing blockers, improving processes, and helping creative specialists deliver high-quality work on time for international clients.</p> <hr> <h3>Responsibilities&nbsp;&nbsp;</h3> <ul> <li>Coordinate day-to-day Creative Teams operations and prompt removal of blockers&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Ensure team alignment with department goals and values&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Report to the Creative Teams Manager on Goals progress and status&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Handle errors and communicate with the Client Success Team&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Conduct regular process reviews and initiate process optimization tasks&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Ensure campaign delivery within approved timelines and quality standards&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Monitor and address day-to-day technical issues&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Running operational meetings (dailies, cross-team syncs) in the Manager's absence&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Assisting team leads in handling complex or non-standard client requests&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Logging systemic errors and passing analytical findings to the Manager for process improvements&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Documenting workflows, updating instructions and operational guides&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Participating in testing and implementing process changes initiated by the Manager&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Collecting team feedback and formulating improvement proposals&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Making operational decisions within delegated authority&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> </ul> <hr> <h3>Requirements&nbsp;&nbsp;</h3> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in team operations management&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>B2–C1 English level&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Ukrainian and/or Russian fluency is a must</li> <li>Excellent communication and writing skills&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience setting up and tracking KPIs and goals&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Error handling and ability to work under pressure&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Critical thinking skills for process analysis&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Proficiency with AI models and tools (Claude, Gemini, GPT)&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> </ul> <hr> <h3>What we offer</h3> <ul> <li>Paid annual time off&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Reduced Fridays during the summer&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Birthday day off&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Fully remote job</li> <li>Interesting creative projects with modern tools&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Supportive, collaborative creative teams&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Working hours: 15:30–00:00 EEST</strong></p> <hr> <p>If you’re ready to drive the operations and high-quality delivery across creative teams, apply now and let’s get acquainted.</p>
