We are not afraid to take risks to unlock innovation and advance scientific discoveries.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>These values are the foundation of our work, empowering us to make a real difference, every day.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div></div><p><strong>*Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical Experience is Required&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Reporting to the Senior Director, Head of Planning, the Director, Technical Operations Demand &amp; Supply Planning will lead execution of integrated demand, supply, inventory, and planning processes across Kardigan’s outsourced manufacturing and clinical supply network.</p> <p>You will work closely with teams across Technical Operations, CMC, Clinical Operations, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Procurement, Program Management, External Manufacturing, Clinical Supply Chain, and external partners. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity, connecting strategy to execution, and using data to help teams make smart decisions in a fast-moving clinical development environment.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build demand plans that translate clinical enrollment assumptions, protocol requirements, regional plans, and future launch expectations into practical forecasts.</li> <li>Create integrated supply plans across drug substance, drug product, packaging, labeling, testing, release, distribution, and clinical supply activities.</li> <li>Help ensure patients and clinical sites have the supply they need by balancing service, continuity, shelf life, and inventory investment.</li> <li>Track inventory health, supply plan performance, forecast accuracy, capacity constraints, and emerging risks before they become issues.</li> <li>Partner with External Manufacturing and Technical Operations to align CDMO execution activities with approved demand and supply plans.</li> <li>Lead scenario planning for demand changes, manufacturing delays, batch outcomes, inventory needs, capacity availability, and launch readiness.</li> <li>Turn complex planning data into clear recommendations, dashboards, and decision points for cross-functional planning and governance forums.</li> <li>Improve how planning gets done by strengthening templates, assumptions, reporting cadences, data quality, and planning tools.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></p> <ul> <li>10+ years in Biotech/Pharma technical operations, supply chain planning, demand planning, supply planning, clinical supply, manufacturing planning, or related operations roles.</li> <li>Biotechnology/Pharma experience is required</li> <li>Strong understanding of clinical-stage supply chains, outsourced manufacturing networks, CDMO/CMO coordination, and planning across drug substance, drug product, packaging, labeling, testing, release, and distribution.</li> <li>Ability to build forecasts, supply plans, inventory scenarios, planning dashboards, and data-driven recommendations that support cross-functional decisions.</li> <li>Clear communicator who can influence without direct authority and partner effectively with technical, operational, financial, clinical, and executive stakeholders.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline required; advanced degree, MBA, or APICS/ASCM certification preferred.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in a clinical-stage, pre-commercial, launch-stage, or rapidly scaling biotech/pharma organization.</li> <li>Experience supporting S&amp;OP, Integrated Business Planning, long-range planning, or supply governance processes.</li> <li>Experience with ERP, planning, inventory visibility, IRT, dashboarding, or analytics tools.</li> <li>Comfort operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment where priorities evolve and processes are still being built.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>Exact Compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location.</p></div><div class="title">Pay range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$203,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$264,000 USD</span></div></div></div>
