If you're passionate about creating innovative solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we want to talk to you.</p></div><h1 data-section-id="1nk1y95" data-start="391" data-end="428">Lead Product Manager – Card Issuing</h1> <p data-start="430" data-end="784">We’re looking for a <strong data-start="450" data-end="489">Lead Product Manager – Card Issuing</strong> to build and scale our card issuing platform from <strong data-start="540" data-end="547">0→1</strong>. This is a highly strategic and execution-driven role responsible for launching and evolving our card program, working across banking partners, payment networks, processors, and internal teams to deliver a best-in-class card experience.</p> <p data-start="786" data-end="1165">You’ll own the <strong data-start="801" data-end="863">end-to-end product strategy and execution for card issuing</strong>, from infrastructure and program setup to consumer-facing experiences and card lifecycle management. This role is ideal for a product leader who has <strong data-start="1013" data-end="1059">successfully launched card programs before</strong>, understands the complexities of payments infrastructure, and thrives in fast-paced fintech environments.</p> <p data-start="1167" data-end="1385">If you’ve built card issuing products at a <strong data-start="1210" data-end="1258">leading fintech, neobank, <h1 data-section-id="1m8hri5" data-start="1392" data-end="1408">What You’ll Do</h1> <ul data-start="1410" data-end="2747"> <li data-section-id="aq6otr" data-start="1410" data-end="1517"> <p data-start="1412" data-end="1517">Own the <strong data-start="1420" data-end="1478">0→1 development and launch of our card issuing program</strong>, including physical and virtual cards.</p> </li> <li data-section-id="n3p0mu" data-start="1518" data-end="1638"> <p data-start="1520" data-end="1638">Define and execute the <strong data-start="1543" data-end="1575">card issuing product roadmap</strong>, from infrastructure and integrations to user-facing features.</p> </li> <li data-section-id="1r8fy0k" data-start="1639" data-end="1771"> <p data-start="1641" data-end="1771">Work closely with <strong data-start="1659" data-end="1733">issuing banks, payment processors, and card networks (Visa/Mastercard)</strong> to launch and scale our card program.</p> </li> <li data-section-id="1f2hi1l" data-start="1772" data-end="1944"> <p data-start="1774" data-end="1944">Lead the development of <strong data-start="1798" data-end="1825">core card functionality</strong>, including card provisioning, tokenization, authorization flows, controls, dispute handling, and lifecycle management.</p> </li> <li data-section-id="5jn5jn" data-start="1945" data-end="2085"> <p data-start="1947" data-end="2085">Build and optimize <strong data-start="1966" data-end="1995">consumer card experiences</strong>, including card activation, spending controls, notifications, and transaction visibility.</p> </li> <li data-section-id="59hx1f" data-start="2086" data-end="2205"> <p data-start="2088" data-end="2205">Partner deeply with <strong data-start="2108" data-end="2157">engineering, compliance, risk, and operations</strong> to design reliable and compliant payment flows.</p> </li> <li data-section-id="84q4aa" data-start="2206" data-end="2310"> <p data-start="2208" data-end="2310">Drive integrations with <strong data-start="2232" data-end="2294">wallets, crypto infrastructure, and digital asset products</strong> where relevant.</p> </li> <li data-section-id="1xjcpau" data-start="2311" data-end="2401"> <p data-start="2313" data-end="2401">Translate complex payments infrastructure into <strong data-start="2360" data-end="2400">simple, trusted consumer experiences</strong>.</p> </li> <li data-section-id="1oj4gze" data-start="2402" data-end="2536"> <p data-start="2404" data-end="2536">Monitor card program performance including <strong data-start="2447" data-end="2535">authorization rates, fraud metrics, transaction success, and operational reliability</strong>.</p> </li> <li data-section-id="1vjb674" data-start="2537" data-end="2649"> <p data-start="2539" data-end="2649">Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure <strong data-start="2596" data-end="2648">seamless integrations and operational data-start="2780" data-end="3567"> <li data-section-id="xfcxu5" data-start="2780" data-end="2882"> <p data-start="2782" data-end="2882"><strong data-start="2782" data-end="2830">8+ years of Product Management experience</strong>, with meaningful time spent in fintech or payments.</p> </li> <li data-section-id="1ejrjvk" data-start="2883" data-end="2974"> <p data-start="2885" data-end="2974"><strong data-start="2885" data-end="2950">Direct experience launching or scaling a card issuing program</strong> (0→1 or major rebuild).</p> </li> <li data-section-id="1v1jue1" data-start="2975" data-end="3079"> <p data-start="2977" data-end="3079">Deep familiarity with <strong data-start="2999" data-end="3030">card issuing infrastructure</strong>, including banks, processors, and card networks.</p> </li> <li data-section-id="1huvg99" data-start="3080" data-end="3182"> <p data-start="3082" data-end="3182">Experience working with <strong data-start="3106" data-end="3181">authorization flows, transaction lifecycle, disputes, and card controls</strong>.</p> </li> <li data-section-id="1bz0vg0" data-start="3183" data-end="3257"> <p data-start="3185" data-end="3257">Strong understanding of <strong data-start="3209" data-end="3256">payments architecture and financial systems</strong>.</p> </li> <li data-section-id="15toqxb" data-start="3258"
