If you’re ready to shape the future of fabrication, come build it with us.</p> <p><strong>The job:</strong></p> <p>As the Logistics specialist, you will have responsibility for arranging inbound and outbound transportation.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage domestic and international truckload and LTL freight.</li> <li>Foster mutually beneficial relationships with carriers and internal customers to maintain high levels of customer service.</li> <li>Support transportation budget goals by selecting lowest cost transportation solutions while still meeting customer expectations.</li> <li>Assist with customer and intracompany orders.&nbsp;</li> <li>Change agent to support “best of class” logistics processes.</li> <li>Analyze freight spend data by region, carrier, mode, and customer to understand trends and mitigate risk.</li> <li>Review freight routings monthly to find opportunities to improve logistics spend.</li> <li>Review freight spent by carrier by month looking for changes to capture any major billing issues.</li> <li>Identify potential cost savings or risk mitigation opportunities.</li> <li>Support the freight needs of production and distribution centers.</li> <li>All other duties as assigned by supervisor.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or other related focus preferred (commensurate experience considered in lieu of education)</li> <li>Strong analytical skills</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Systems</li> <li>ERP system experience</li> <li>Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.</li> <li>Ability to cope with ambiguity and problem solve.</li> <li>Strong communication skills</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental, Vision</li> <li>3% match of yearly salary for 401(k)</li> <li>EAP Program</li> <li>In-office catering 3x per week</li> <li>120 hours of PTO per year&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><em>We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.&nbsp; We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.&nbsp;&nbsp;</em></p> <p><strong>Even if you don't check every box, but see yourself contributing, please apply.</strong> Help us build an inclusive community that will change the face of 3D printing.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
