Our Finance team plays a key role in ensuring our operations are smooth, compliant, and scalable. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Bookkeeper to join our collaborative and innovative Finance department.</p> <p><strong>Why Join Us:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Be part of a dynamic Finance team that values good vibes, teamwork, and efficiency.</li> <li>Take ownership of core financial processes while working with cutting-edge tools and AI solutions</li> <li>Gain exposure to global operations and cross-functional collaboration.</li> </ul> <p><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead cross-functional and multi-entity process improvements and automations.</li> <li>Record invoices, payments, and GL transactions.</li> <li>Lead key aspects of the monthly closing process, including provisions, prepaid expenses&nbsp; and allocation expenses.</li> <li>Prepare and submit VAT reports, withholding tax and other tax reportings</li> <li>Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.</li> <li>Maintain Fixed Asset records.</li> <li>Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>4+ Years of experience as a Bookkeeper, with formal bookkeeping qualifications</li> <li>Hands-on experience with NetSuite (NS)</li> <li>Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and accounting processes</li> <li>Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)</li> <li>Responsible, analytical, and detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p>#LI-Hybrid</p></div>
