<p><strong>Who we are looking for</strong></p>
<p>Frazier & Deeter is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for our London office that will provide administrative and client service support to partners, managers, and staff. This position serves a critical support role among a growing and dynamic leadership team and ensures that timely and courteous service is provided to all clients and firm personnel. </p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Report to the Operations Manager for daily updates, accomplishments, and any items requiring attention</li>
<li>Perform daily administrative tasks including organising documents, answering phones, and communicating messages to partners, managers, and staff</li>
<li>Provide general support across the engagement lifecycle, including client onboarding, maintaining client records, document collation, and finalisation of deliverables</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Interact with clients in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner</li>
<li>Maintain office supplies and support general office operations</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Maintain a working knowledge/competency of appropriate systems applications utilised by the firm</li>
<li>Assist with employee initiatives within the firm, such as social and wellbeing events</li>
<li>Provide ad hoc support for corporate events and marketing initiatives</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Eligibility, Skills and Experience</strong></p>
<p>To be eligible to apply for our Administrative Assistant role you will need to have:</p>
<ul>
<li>1+ years experience as an administrative assistant</li>
<li>Intermediate proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Effective time management and organizational skills</li>
<li>Committed to continuous improvement in your approach to work</li>
<li>Detail oriented</li>
<li>Ability to maintain and cultivate strong professional relationships, including key interactions with clients and firm personnel</li>
<li>Ability to maintain confidentiality</li>
<li>Educated to A-Level (or equivalent), or higher</li>
<li>The right to work in the UK with no requirement for sponsorship in the future</li>
