<p><strong><span data-contrast="none">Position Summary</span></strong></p>
<p><span data-contrast="none">ROOST Rainey is seeking a highly organized and service-driven Sales Coordinator to support the property's sales efforts across corporate, group, and leisure business. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, coordinating client communications, managing contracts and proposals, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry through event or group arrival. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys building relationships while supporting revenue growth.</span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="none"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Provide day-to-day administrative support to the commercial team. </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Respond promptly to group and corporate inquiries, qualifying leads and routing opportunities appropriately.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Prepare proposals, contracts, rooming lists, and other sales documentation with accuracy.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Maintain client records, account activity, and sales opportunities within the CRM and sales systems.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Coordinate site visits, client tours, and FAM trips.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Assist with RFP responses and manage deadlines for corporate, government, and group business opportunities.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Track tentative and confirmed business, ensuring timely follow-up throughout the sales cycle. </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Collaborate with Operations, Front Office, and Housekeeping teams to ensure successful preparation and execution of group/client stay. </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Support revenue-generating initiatives through outbound prospecting, lead generation, and account research.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Prepare weekly sales reports, pace reports, production summaries, and other administrative reporting.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Assist in coordinating promotional events, networking functions, trade shows, and community partnerships.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Manage sales collateral, digital assets, and presentation materials to ensure they remain current.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Maintain a high level of professionalism and exceptional customer service in every client interaction.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Perform additional administrative and sales support duties as assigned. </span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="none">Qualifications </span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="none">1–3 years of experience in hotel sales, hospitality, event sales, or administrative support.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Experience within a hotel, lifestyle hospitality brand, or luxury property preferred.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Experience with hotel CRM systems, Delphi, TripleSeat, or similar sales software is a plus.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Self-motivated with a collaborative, team-first mindset.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Professional, polished, and guest-focused demeanor. </span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="none">Preferred Experience </span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Hospitality sales or hotel operations experience.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Knowledge of group room blocks and transient corporate sales.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Familiarity with Austin's corporate, entertainment, and tourism markets is a plus. </span></li>
