We work with some of the world’s largest Artists & Brands with projects that include music, sports, entertainment IP, experiential, retail stores and pop-up shops.  In 2024, Three Ten became a part of the Sony Music Entertainment Group.</p> <p>We are looking for an experienced Associate Director, Design to continue to elevate our product.</p> <h2><strong>What you'll do:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Research and create mood boards & trend boards with a heavy focus on retail trends</li> <li>Strategize and execute merchandise concepts for various clients within the tour, E-comm, and retail distribution channels</li> <li>Thoroughly research client's history and current events prior to starting each project to provide accurate and insightful design direction</li> <li>Develop concepts and designs that align with overall merchandise strategy and business objectives</li> <li>Review all projects thoroughly to ensure all aspects of each brief have been addressed and that all artwork is either original or have been cleared for use</li> <li>Create production ready tech packs in timely and detailed manner including specific color, techniques and sizing</li> <li>Work with the Creative Director to partner with in-house and freelance artists to develop product lines</li> <li>Participate in meetings internal and client-facing</li> <li>Design social media marketing assets for industries</li> <li>Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)</li> <li>Based locally to the Los Angeles area to attend onsite client meetings</li> <li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Ensure timely delivery of all assignments at the highest level of quality.</li> <li>Create and uphold brand design style guides.</li> <li>Needs to work well
