About the Role

In the role of a Radiology Technologist I at Sollis Health, you will be responsible for the operation of our X-ray equipment and ensuring patients that have Radiology needs are having a high-level, hospitality experience. You will also cover the front desk welcoming our members and creating a memorable experience as you take them through our intake and checkout process. You will also be trained and certified on how to run lab testing in a moderate to complex lab and support our medical teams, when needed.  Full Time - 7a-3pm - 40 hours/week Responsibilities <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Receiving and reviewing the physician's request for radiographic procedures and identifying the patient prior to conducting scans</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Performing x-rays on a variety of body parts utilizing the appropriate equipment and established standards and procedures</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Producing films of the X-ray and providing it to the requesting physician</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Ensuring images are legibly labelled with correct date and patient identification</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Monitoring the patient's well-being and recognizes patient discomfort or medical problems and takes appropriate action</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Running laboratory tests on our moderate to complex machines, and helps to perform routine QC’s and other lab requirements</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Utilizing our EMR for scheduling, patient intake, registration updates, scanning document, and enter detailed information about the patients ensuring all information is HIPPA compliant </li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Entering membership leads and updating patient information in our CRM Salesforce</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Keeping the office space and the entire clinic clean and presentable meeting Sollis brand standards, and distributing mail and facilitating mailing items to members</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Checking inventory, ensuring rooms have adequate supplies, restocking where needed and partnering with the inventory coordinator to order more supplies as needed</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Greeting members/patients ensuring they receive a high-level of customer service</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Scheduling follow up appointments for medical evaluations, vaccinations or house calls</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Answering the Sollis medical hotline as needed and directing patients to the appropriate team members for their medical care, billing questions or other needs</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Preparing house call bags and scheduling appointments as requested</li> <li>Must be able to lift up to, 75 lbs as the second assist for Coterie patients if they are unable to assist themselves if they have fallen.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Performs other job-related duties as assigned</li> </ul> Experience  We believe extraordinary people come from a variety of backgrounds, but ideally, we would expect that you have: <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program required</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Current California State Department of Health licensure as a Radiologic Technologist, required</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration, required</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Must have at least 1 year of experience utilizing X-Ray technology</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Extraordinary organizational and project management skills; comfortable with Excel and Google sheets imperative</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Urgent care experience, strong plus</li> </ul> Skills  To be successful in this role, candidates will demonstrate the following: <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Have outstanding customer service skills and a high level of professionalism</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Tech-forward and process oriented, with a goal of making patient care more efficient</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Comfortable interfacing with high profile clientele</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Enjoy a diverse and fast paced work environment</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Be a team player</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Be self-motivated, keen attention to detail and have solid organization/time management skills</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Treat highly confidential information with care and discretion</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Have the ability to develop rapport in all relationships</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Be flexible, tactful, and patient, especially under pressure </li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Possess positivity, enthusiasm, and commitment to the goals at hand</li> </ul>   Our people are our greatest asset, so we designed a comprehensive compensation and benefit package that matches.
