You will be responsible for coaching a team of individuals committed to providing exceptional customer service and coming together to create a welcoming and inclusive environment, for our customers and team. You will partner with the General Manager to execute company initiatives, drive financial results, and impact the store's operations. <em>With everything you do, you’ll embody our Philz Core Values:&nbsp; Obsess Over Customers &amp; Team, In Pursuit of Better, and Be Kind &amp; Keep it Real.</em></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>In partnership with the Store Leader, you will </strong>oversee a mission-driven, values-based Philz Team Member culture this includes (but is not limited to)</p> <ul> <li>Remain up-to-date on all Philz Policies and procedures to ensure a legally compliant and safe Team Member Philz journey.</li> <li>Evaluate staffing levels for Baristas and Team Leads and assist in the interview process to ensure the store is consistently and appropriately staffed to meet business needs.</li> <li>Create a community focused on providing an exemplary customer experience and bettering days</li> <li>Role model exceptional customer connections, uphold all store service standards, and confidently coach Team Members to ensure they meet these expectations.</li> <li>Maintain an operationally and financially solid environment.</li> <li>Develop a deep understanding of the store's performance to drive improvements and achieve financial goals.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><span style="font-weight: 300;">WHAT YOU’LL NEED</span></h3> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As a Philz Assistant General Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our customers, team members, and communities.&nbsp; We're looking for someone that understands what it means to Better People’s Day and believes in our culture as much as we do.
