<h2>Domain-Specific Skills</h2>
<ul>
<li>Mechanical and electromechanical system architecture, functional decomposition, and interface management.</li>
<li>Requirements analysis for structures, fluids, thermal systems, sensors, pumps, heaters, and electrical isolation.</li>
<li>Trade studies balancing performance, cost, manufacturability, reliability, and revalidation impact.</li>
<li>Verification and validation planning across subsystems and staged product changes.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Define system and subsystem requirements, boundaries, assumptions, and interfaces.</li>
<li>Coordinate mechanical, electrical, thermal, fluids, materials, manufacturing, supplier, and CAE inputs.</li>
<li>Lead system trade studies and document technical rationale, risks, and implementation constraints.</li>
<li>Assess backward compatibility and revalidation impacts of proposed changes.</li>
<li>Develop verification plans, requirement traceability, and phased implementation recommendations.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Required Skills / Experience</h2>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of systems, mechanical systems, product integration, or multidisciplinary design experience.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.</li>
<li>Experience writing requirements, managing interfaces, conducting trade studies, and planning verification.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate across specialized engineering disciplines.</li>
</ul>
