Our all-in-one workforce management solution allows 36,000+ businesses all across the globe to easily communicate, operate and train their frontline employees.</p> <p><strong>What’s the job?</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a passionate Product Manager with experience in building web and mobile products in an agile software development environment.</p> <p>Our ideal candidate lives and breathes product, loves technology, and is addicted to building tools with great user experience.</p> <p>You will work directly with our product teams in order to deliver a great product while keeping its core values: easy-to-use, fun, and intuitive.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you'll be doing:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define the roadmap and product vision.</li> <li>Manage the full product cycle of new products.</li> <li>Research and analyze users’ needs and competitors.</li> <li>Define user flows and sketch wireframes.</li> <li>Work closely with our product teams, Product Designers, Analyst, and Developers all the way to production.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Which qualifications you’ll need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>At least 2-3 years of experience in Product management in a SaaS company/ Fintech/ SU</li> <li>Experience in communication-related domains, for example in TimeClock, Payroll, or Time-Off systems, would be an advantage</li> <li>Self-driven, with proven ability to push new initiates and manage ongoing projects from A-Z</li> <li>A self-starter with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Capable of working independently, while also being a great‌ ‌team‌ ‌player&nbsp;</li> <li>Highly motivated with a can-do attitude and hands-on mentality</li> <li>Superior communication, both written and verbal</li> <li>Detail-oriented, organized with a keen eye for detail</li> <li>A people person with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Experience in third-party integrations and APIs (nice to have)</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><h2><span style="font-weight: 400;">Joining Connecteam Is The Smart Move:</span></h2> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>We build our people up.</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Every team member is treated as a long-term investment and we recognize the value in always nurturing and training them so they can go above and beyond in their skills and job duties.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>We make an impact on our customer’s business. </strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">We are on a mission to provide managers of all business types and sizes with the tools they need to communicate, operate, engage, and run their deskless workforce.
