<p><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Job Summary:&nbsp;</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The EU Supply Chain Senior Manager is the single-threaded owner of end-to-end logistics performance and build-out across the European region. This role is responsible for designing, launching, and scaling the regional logistics network, ensuring best-in-class cost, service, and delivery speed. Operating as a core member of the regional leadership team, this role acts as the primary partner to the COO in-region, translating global logistics strategy into scalable, high-performing operations while shaping key decisions based on regional realities. This is a hands-on leadership role combining strategy, execution, and team building during a critical scale-up phase.</span></p> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Key Responsibilities</span></h3> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>1. Build &amp; Own the EU Supply Chain Setup&nbsp;</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead the end-to-end setup of the EU logistics network incl set up of labelling solution in EU warehouse</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure the initial setup is scalable, cost-efficient, and operationally robust&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure logistics is a proactive enabler of growth, not a constraint&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;">2. End-to-End Performance Ownership</span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Own regional logistics KPIs across i) Cost (transport, warehousing, handling), ii) Service levels (OTIF, delivery promise accuracy), and iii) Speed (lead times, delivery SLAs)&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Drive trade-off decisions across transportation, warehousing, and inventory&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Establish full visibility and control over performance drivers&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;">3. Strategic Partner to COO (Regional Translation &amp; Feedback Loop)</span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Act as the go-to logistics counterpart to the COO in Europe</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Translate global strategy into executable regional plans&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Provide structured feedback to global teams on i) market constraints, ii) performance gaps, and iii) optimization opportunities.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proactively challenge and refine global assumptions based on EU realities&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;">4. Compliance &amp; Regulatory Coordination</span></h3> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure EU regulatory requirements are met across logistics operations</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Partner with Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and external partners on labeling, documentation, and market-specific requirements</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Translate compliance needs into operational execution across warehouses, 3PLs, and distribution flows</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Identify risks and dependencies and drive resolution across stakeholders</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;">5. Team Build &amp; Leadership</span></h3> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Act as logistics representative within the regional leadership team&nbsp;Lead a lean, high-performing regional logistics team, including 3PL / Warehouse Manager, Transportation Manager, and Inventory Planner&nbsp;Coach team on Carrier &amp; 3PL Strategy and Execution, as well as collaborate with global to ensure global strategy and guardrails are followed.</span></p> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;">6.
